Lindsay Lohan was arrested outside Chelsea nightclub Avenue around 4 a.m. this morning after she allegedly punched a woman. According to TMZ, the woman was not giving Lohan enough space in her booth at the club. Kindergarteners who use violence to settle similar frustrations are typically put in time out, but the NYPD went with a desk appearance ticket and third-degree assault charges for the recidivist child star. Lohan left the precinct about an hour ago, the AP reports, wearing a black jacket over her head that went down to her knees, leggings, a miniskirt, and high heels. She drove off in a black SUV with a driver and another man.
