Following the world premiere of Les Miserables in London last night, Anne Hathaway changed out of her bat-winged Givenchy couture and into a top-and-skirt combination by Altuzarra for the after-party. She also wore a fabulous, satiny-looking navy blue cape en route, because brrr. The strapless neckline looks elegant with her short hair, no? And it's nice that she's not overdoing the jewelry.
