The "Charlie's Angels" cutie covered up her face with her iced java treat in an attempt to avoid the pesky paparazzi.

According to Opposing Views, the 40-year-old actress wears a lucky horseshoe necklace given to her by a friend to avoid the effects of aging. In addition, Cam keeps a pair of Justin Timberlake's (her ex) socks as a good luck charm.
