Kate Moss Makes It Official: Get Your Clog On!

First off, let's get one things straight: clogs are cool! They might be slightly awkward to actually walk in and granted, they're not the sexiest of footwear but if anyone's going to convince us to crack out chunky stacked wooden heels, it's Kate Moss. 

Just look at this snap of the supermodel clacking through the streets of London with bestie Sadie Frost this weekend. Those are indeed clogs on her dainty feet. They lend a 1970s flair to her laidback Sunday uniform of scruffy jeans + black tee and are as sartorially unique as their owner. Okay, so the black, red and yellow floral design verge a tad too far on the side of Dutch milkmaid for our liking, but in true Mossy style, she pulls them off with aplomb.

Need more proof? No problem! Prior to the Moss clog-spot, we were excited to see the clumpy footwear gracing Kinder Aggugini's catwalk during London Fashion Week mere days ago [above]. Then long-time clog-lover Pixie Geldof rocked up to the House of Holland show wearing a sparkling pair of towering black clogs and her fellow FROWers were agog. Style-setters including Alexa Chung, Rachel Bilson and Sarah Jessica Parker are also avid cloggers, as you'll see in the gallery above, and the traditional Dutch soles have graced the finest catwalks from Celine to Chanel.
