With all the excitement about Sir Bradley Wiggins and Stella McCartney OBE, a couple of other fashionable names on the New Year Honours List slipped through the net.
Firstly, Rosie Wolfenden and Harriet Vine, the founders of jewellery brand Tatty Devine, have been awarded MBEs for 'Services to the Fashion Industry'. The lovable duo, who founded their colourful jewellery line in 1999 after meeting at Chelsea Art School, have steadily built their business into a truly British success story.

Favourites in the fashion world for their distinctive laser-cut Perspex pieces - each designed and micro-manufactured in the UK - Rosie and Harriet now manage a team of thirty and Tatty Devine continues to go from strength to strength.
"We are very proud and honoured to be awarded in this year's list,' the girls said in a joint statement released today.
'We want to thank all our customers for their support. Tatty Devine has now become a small but important contributor to the UK economy, and we are proud to represent British design and manufacturing around the world.'
'Everything about Tatty Devine is a result of the collaboration and friendship between us. It's brilliant we're getting these medals together."
Meanwhile in Newcastle, John James Fenwick, the fashionable department store dynasty's deputy chairman was awarded a CBE for 'Services to Retail'.
Founded in newcastle in 1882 by his namesake - ambitious young shop assistant, John James Fenwick - the Fenwick group now boasts 11 landmark department stores nationwide.
"I am absolutely delighted and very honoured", he said in a statement,.
'My life in retailing has been so rewarding and throughout I have enjoyed outstanding support from my colleagues and staff.'
'This is the first time someone in our family has been named in the Honours List for services to retailing. I'm very excited and very honoured to have been chosen."
