Charlize Theron's "Hatfields & McCoys" Gets Pilot Order from NBC

Marking its ninth drama this year, NBC announced it has ordered a pilot of Charlize Theron's "Hatfields & McCoys" on Monday (January 28).

Set in modern day Pittsburgh, the show will follow the re-ignition of the decades-long feud between the two legendary families.

Ms. Theron will executive produce the series along with AJ Dix, Dawn Olmstead, and Beau Flynn.

This is not the first producing gig for the "Monster" actress, as she has also had a hand in "Young Adult" and "Sleepwalking."
