"Haven't We Met Before" embraces and celebrates a woman's legs as designer Donna Karan launches Evolution, a new range of hosiery that works as "a day spa for your legs".
In this instance the legs belong to British actress Felicity Jones, as she prepares for a romantic interlude in the Surrey Hotel in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Fellow Brit Jack Davenport ( Smash and This Life ) plays the object of her affections.
Karan asked her close friend Anjelica Huston to create a stylish film around her new launch, and as these behind the scenes stills show, the star of The Witches star got hands-on.
What is less clear is whether Jones' character plays out a fantasy or whether she really does succumb to Davenport's terrible chat-up lines (the clue is in the title: Haven't We Met Before). What we do discover, however, is that a candle can provide the perfect hook for luring a partner back up to one's hotel room. Feel free to substitute the candle for hair straighteners though, if that's more your bag...
