Jimmy Fallon and Michelle Obama Showcase the Best Mom Dances

Slipping on her dancing shoes, First Lady Michelle Obama joined Jimmy Fallon to show some unique support for her "Let's Move" campaign.

During a visit to "Late Night" on Friday (February 22), the comedic host and FLOTUS hit the studio floor to demonstrate some of the most iconic dance moves.

In a video titled, "The Evolution of Mom Dancing," Mrs. Obama and Jimmy proudly shook it to the music where they showcased the sprinkler, the raise the roof, and the hip bump, just to name a few.

Donning his best mom ensemble, Fallon was ready to take on the competition as he tweeted, "So honored to have @FLOTUS on the show tonight. We've got to have a competition for her #LetsMove campaign and this time, I'm gonna win."
