Always up for a smashing good time, Nina Dobrev headed over to the 2013 Film Independent's Spirit Awards in Santa Monica this evening (February 23).
The "Vampire Diaries" star showed off her fashion prowess and million-dollar smile as she hobnobbed with fellow famous folks prior to the ceremony.
And while there is an abundance of different awards shows this time of the year, the Film Independent Spirit Awards is definitely something special (and not just because Andy Samberg is playing host).
According to the organization's website, "As the first event to honor independent film exclusively, the Film Independent Spirit Awards has made a name for itself as the premier awards event for the independent film community. It's a celebration of the spirited pioneers who bring a unique vision to filmmaking."
