Amy Adams must be riding high thanks to her Oscar nomination for her stirring supporting role in The Master. There’s much more going on for this acclaimed actress in the coming year, though. She’s also set to become the new face of a Lacoste fragrance. That's not to mention her upcoming role as Lois Lane in Man of Steel and portraying Janis Joplin in a new flick. The diverse star has always had a relatively sophisticated sense of style and she's been making some impressive red carpet choices lately.

Take the truly awe-inspiring nude Marchesa strapless mermaid gown she wore to the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles. Tiffany & Co. jewels polished off the stunning look. She also wowed at the 2013 Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards the day before in a lilac Elie Saab Spring 2009 Couture lace gown. Tiffany & Co. gems and a neutral pair of Casadei Blade pumps served as accessories.

The actress has developed a pretty fashionable red carpet reputation. Back in November 2011 at the Los Angeles premiere of The Muppets, Amy looked lovely in a colorblock Roland Mouret Spring 2012 off-the-shoulder dress. Irit Design jewelry and nude Jimmy Choo Anouk pumps rounded out the look. For the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in February of last year, Amy went with a sultry silver Vivienne Westwood corset dress. She finished off the look with Cartier jewels.

It was a beautiful one shoulder Giambattista Valli Spring 2012 Couture silk chiffon gown with velvet inset and metallic bow belt for Amy at the 2012 Met Gala. She artfully accessorized with Fred Leighton gems and Brian Atwood heels. She opted for a black Marchesa for the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival premiere of The Master a few months later. Amy styled the satin ribbon accented dress with a matching VBH clutch and black Manolo Blahnik pumps.

Roksanda Ilincic's berry-colored draped dress was Amy's pick for the Los Angeles premiere of Trouble with the Curve later that month. Fred Leighton was behind both her jewelry and her gold beaded bag, while Casadei was the source of those neutral-colored platform pumps. Amy attended the LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala in October decked out in this yellow Gucci creation. The Spring 2013 strapless gown with jeweled waistband was complemented by an embellished clutch.

When it came time to screen On the Road at the AFI Fest 2012 in November, Amy selected a retro-style strapless Dolce & Gabbana floral dress. Bulgari earrings and black Roger Vivier Cage sandals were the perfect finishing touches. Her two-tone draped Vionnet gown was a unique choice for last month's 18th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards. Stephen Webster gems and Jimmy Choo peep-toe pumps concluded her look.
Amy’s marvelous Marchesa at the Golden Globes was utterly amazing, so we can’t wait to see what she wears on Oscar night!
