The 2013 Oscar Awards are underway and a bevvy of beauties have already arrived on the red carpet. Kelly Osbourne was one of the first to appear with her glossy purple hair swept into a sleek retro-tastic bun and matched with a coral pink lip. As for Kelly Rowland, the Destiny's Child singer opted for a towering up-do and blunt fringe that would put J-Lo to shame. Brit girl Louise Roe is doing us proud with a side-swept wavy ponytail, nude lips and mega eyeliner on her peepers to complement her glam gown.
