Oscars Pays Tribute To Movie Musicals

In one of the most beautiful performances in recent memory, the 85th Academy Awards held a moving tribute to the movie musical genre.

And none other than "Grease" and "Saturday Night Fever" hunk John Travolta had the honor of introducing the segment at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood earlier tonight (February 24).

Kicking things off, Catherine Zeta Jones brought her A-game for an inspiring rendition of "All That Jazz" from the much-lauded flick "Chicago."

From there, Jennifer Hudson took the stage to contribute her version of "I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" from the fabulous film "Dreamgirls."

And of course, the cast of "Les Miserables"- including Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried, Helena Bonham Carter, and Sacha Baron Cohen- joined forces for a medley of memorable selections from their beloved opus.
