Edie Campbell modelling Issa: Edited Collection for The Outnet.com
Oh to have such good genes! And good dresses! Did you know that Chanel catwalk fave Edie Campbell had a younger sister with such modelling potential? Well, those clever fashion folk at The Outnet certainly did, which is why they’ve snapped up the beauty to front the latest of their exclusive designer ranges for the chic discount retail website. With a portfolio spanning Vogue Japan to Marc by Marc Jacobs’ latest campaign, she’s now the face of a curated collected of Issa’s very best bits from the archive along with reworked classics.
Issa: The Edited Collections follows in the glamorous footsteps of The Outnet’s most recent project - a stunning range of Oscar de la Renta pieces at a snip of the original price AND modelled by Olivia Palermo. London-based Brazilian Daniella Helayel first set up Issa in 2006 and since then her signature silk jersey and lace dresses continue to get snapped up faster than you can say K-Middy. It is partly down to the label’s high profile, boosted by those Middleton sisters and an international A-list fan base from Naomi Campbell to Jessica Alba. But of course, it all really comes down to the fact that her frocks do ultra-flattering wonders for a girl’s figure!
In addition to the super-bright photoshoot showcasing the new line, rising star Olympia also features in The Outnet’s shoppable video below, directed by Marie Schuller (head of fashion film at Nick Knight’s award-winning SHOWstudio.com). The range which has a dress for every occasion will be available from April 2nd, but be warned – it arrives just in time for the wedding season and with prices starting at £203, Issa-gonna fly!
