6.30am, my morning ritual:
In my morning shower I lather my hair with Percy and Reed Splendidly Silky Moisturising Shampoo and Conditioner, from £14 , and my body with Ren's Moroccan Rose Otto Cream, £26 . The warm scent of rose calms me before the busy day ahead.
The hair and body soothing trio, Ren's Moroccan Rose Otto Cream, Elemis Visible Brilliance Serum and Percy and Reed's Splendidly Silky Moisturising Shampoo.
My skin reviving ritual:
I massage Elemis Visible Brilliance Serum, £42, over my face to energise any tired skin. I usually keep my make-up as natural as possible, however today I am being filmed for a short piece that will be shown at the Veuve Cliquot Awards of which I am a finalist so I leave extra time to apply make-up.
I blend MAC Strobe Liquid, £22.50, over my face for a healthy glow and Estée Lauder Double Wear Concealer, £20, under my eyes to hide any dark circles. After a light dusting of Bobbi Brown Bronzer, £27 , I apply By Terry Ligne Blackstar Liquid Eye Liner, £25, above my lash line. I use Shu Uemera Eyelash Curlers, £20 , at the roots and apply two generous coats of YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils Waterproof Mascara, £23 .

My perfume:
Once dressed I spritz on Barney's Route du The fragrance, $75, which I always pick up when in New York, then round up my kids to take them to school.
8.30am, the daily pitstop:
I park my car around the corner from the office and before heading out into the cold, I massage Nails Inc. Kensington Caviar Hand Cream, £15 , into my hands and Nails Inc. Vitamin E Oil Pen, £12, infused with lavender over my cuticles to nourish and hydrate.

1.30pm, Nails Inc. brainstorming:
When the film crew leave I take the chance to have some lunch. I then spend the remainder of my afternoon in meetings with my team. Today I met with our marketing manager to discuss and plan our forthcoming photo shoot with face of Nails Inc. Poppy Delevingne, and then meet with our head of product development to decide on the final shades for our autumn/winter 2013 collection.

5.30pm, the office-to-out make-up move:
My afternoon meetings have come to an end and now it's time to get ready for my attendance at the Breast Cancer Campaign annual reception. Last year Nails Inc. launched an exclusive polish in collaboration with Breast Cancer Care called 'Pinkie Pink', £11 .
I make an outfit change, sweep Trish McEvoy's Blush Shimmer, £22, over my cheeks, and apply Sensai The Lipstick, £40, in a rich berry shade to transform my look from day to night. I then head to Hersheson's in Selfridges Oxford Street for a blow dry.

11pm, ...and so to sleep:
I find that London life can make my skin feel dull and tired, so before bed I cleanse with Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing balm, £20.50, that melts away make-up and impurities and finish with anti-ageing products from Clinique, and always end onf a generous layer of Clinique All About Eyes Cream, £24, on the eyes.
