Fash-Off! Zoe Saldana And Alice Eve Go Head To Head For Star Trek Promo Tour

One is a British born actress who became famous playing Charlotte York's Irish nanny in the second Sex and The City film. The other is a New Yorker, whose performance as a blue-skinned avatar projected her fame to superstar status, Zoe Saldana, who we also realised today, co-starred in Crossroads with Britney Spears, who knew?

We digress. The two beautiful actresses have been out in force this week, promoting their brand new film, Star Trek Into Darkness. We’ve love watching these two trekkies showcasing some seriously stylish looks while on tour, both showing their polar opposite sense of style for their red carpet appearances. Blond bombshell Alice Eve is, has a strong signature style which is subdued sexy, with youthful twists on classic looks. Saldana on the other end is the style rebel in this duo, opting for more high risk fashion ensembles that wouldn’t look out of place on the FROW at New York fashion week.

Alice opted for a glamorous Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall floor sweeping short-sleeve gown with tiny cut-out detail. Pairing it with long bob and matchy matching rouge lipstick

Zoe also opted for Pre-Fall, but went haute with a pink & gold embroidery leather top with fuchsia silk skirt from French favourite, Balmain. Head-to-toe hues are a huge trend for this season, as is pretty pink, which stylish Saldana clearly knows all about.

Alice Eve in Reem Acra; Zoe Saldana in Calvin Klein Collection

For the German photocall earlier in the week, Alice Eve went next season with her frock, choosing a figure-fitting Reem Acra dress from autumn winter, and kept the look simple and matching with neat mesh ankle boots by Bionda Castana. While her look is quite safe and simple, we love how Miss Eve knows exactly what suits her enviable silhouette.

 Zoe went top-toe-toe tonal in this elegant Calvin Klein Collection two-piece from their autumn winter 2013 runway show. The flash of midriff and laser cut square details in the full skirt make an elegant colour palette and silhouette immediately more modern. She channelled Celine levels of minimalism opting out of accessorising with jewellery or bags, and instead simply paired nude Jimmy Choo sandals with her gorgeous greys.
