Grazia HQ has spent much of the morning debating whether it's time to ditch the opaque tights and embrace the sunshine with a bare leg. While some of us may not be brave enough to make the leap quite yet, there's one lovely lady who is: Kate Middleton. Today, the Duchess of Cambridge is showing us how it's done as she visits Willows Primary School in Manchester on this fine Tuesday.

Thanks to the savvy folk over at What Kate Wore, we know the Duchess has opted to wear a silk crepe dress by Erdem for the occasion. Yep, there's no coat dress or fascinator in sight! Did she take note of Philip Treacy's decleration that fascinators are OH-VER? Either way, Erdem's signature posy prints provide a spring-like edge to her wardrobe and we likey.
The 'Sophia' dress is available on Net-A-Porter for £1,065 and is described as 'the perfect canvas for dainty florals'. We have an inkling it won't be round for long so get those shopping fingers clicking, copy-Kates.
For now, all we have is this Twitter snap of Kate courtesy of royal reporter Rebecca English but we'll be updating this here page with the latest images and details as they arrive. Until then, take a look at the DoC's greatest looks in the gallery below...
