Sporting a mark from his run-in with a sign, Kanye West headed off to run some errands on Saturday (May 11) in Beverly Hills.
Trying to leave his girlfriend Kim Kardashian's home undetected, the "All of the Lights" artist wore jeans and a grey hooded sweatshirt as he passed the waiting shutterbugs without comment.
On Friday, the Atlanta native took a blow to the head when he got in an angry confrontation with photographers who were waiting outside Pho restaurant.
When he and Kim arrived, West asked the paps to step away and when they didn't, he went on a tirade, which led to him bumping his head on a sign.
