It's no secret that those Middleton sisters are the pinnacle of polished perfection. From their immaculate shift dresses and glossy brunette locks to their excellent wedding guest wardrobes, Kate and Pippa rarely - nay, NEVER! - put a sartorial step wrong. So it comes as no surprised to hear that pristine appearance was enough to give their school chums an inferiority complex.
Thanks to Tatler magazine, we've been given a rare insight into what the sisters were really like as schoolgirls. A mother whose daughter was in the same house as the Duchess of Cambridge at Marlborough College has revealed that the Middys made other families feel 'rather hopeless'. Why? Because no mere mortal could possibly compete with such perfection.
The mother says that the pair were always flawlessly dressed with every item of Middleton clothing having 'a beautifully sewn-in name tape' - marker pen on labels would simply NOT do. Their accessories were spot on too, with even their tennis rackets being the 'smartest' on the court, and they'd always have a huge picnic on sports' day. We wouldn't expect anything less from our future Queen.

'There was always something slightly galling about having your child at school with the Middletons,' the mother continues. But despite such envy-inducing perfection, Kate and Pippa are said to have been popular pupils at the Wiltshire boarding school - and their top notch apperance certainly paved the way for royal superstardom. Sounds like someone has a nasty case of sour grapes!
