Here Come The Gowns! Marchesa Is Added To London Fashion Week Schedule

London has one up on New York Fashion Week next season, as Marchesa has been added to the September show schedule. The label, which is known for romantic frothy gowns, was founded by British designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, but traditionally shows in New York.

Marchesa are relocating to London for their Spring 2015 show in September, to mark their 10th anniversary. "We had been speaking with the British Fashion Council," Chapman explained to WWD, "we felt it was a good way to celebrate our anniversary." Craig added: "It's a one-off celebration in London, and then we are back [in New York] in February."

One thing is for certain, this will be the frock fest to end all frock fests. The trademark tulle, the full skirts, the embellishments - London get ready, you are about to get a lot more glam. There is no date or venue revealed yet, but that doesn't stop us dreaming of the front row. We'd like to see the full Marchesa fan club please. We're talking Blake Lively, Katie Holmes, Taylor Swift, Amy Adams, we could go on...

Chapman said that it will be a "different experience" and "All our English friends and family can get an opportunity to celebrate with us." In the Grazia dictionary the word celebrate equals a champagne-fuelled party. Well it is a birthday party...
