To celebrate 30 years in the business, Peter Simon aka Mr Accessorize invited Grazia to his home in Ibiza to preview the sizzling new Z for Accessorize collection – designed by none other his daughter Zara. Ms Simon is a successful jeweller in her own right with a London based label, which specialises in precious pieces with a luxe, rock and roll edge. Bringing her layered up aesthetic to Accessorize for the first time, Zara’s collection features crosses, stars, and evil eyes.

Every piece in the collection is gold plated and the raw stones are semi-precious. The entire line is also impressively priced from a seriously accessible £12.99 – meaning you can stack several rings and necklaces without breaking the bank.
Over dinner at Casa Simon – a beautiful villa in the hills of Ibiza, Zara told us that she had wanted to create fine, delicate pieces for the Accessorize customer. She also told us that the mini triangle pieces – a necklace, ring and bracelet - were her favourites of the collection.

Aside from the dinner our Ibiza weekend with the Accessorize family (Zara's two sisters Camilla and Jessica were also incredibly kind hostesses) included a magical boat trip to Formentera and plenty of pool and beach bathing – just the thing to top up our tan before the heatwave!
