If there's one girl who knows how to have a good party, it's Cara Delevingne so we can imagine the model will be living it up today. Why? Because it's her 22nd birthday, people!

According to her Instagram account, Cara is already well on her way to the good times and is pulling bonkers faces aplenty. 'I could not be happier!!!!! Ahhhhhh we are going to...... Wonderland! 22 here we come' she said along with a snap of her surrounded by birthday balloons and pals including Suki Waterhouse and Clara Paget. Have a fab time, ladies!

28 August 2013: Cara Is Immortalised In Grand Theft Auto

This time last year, you'll remember Cara was becoming a computer game character. 'I am so happy to announce that I will be a radio DJ in @rockstargames new GTA V coming soon! Tune in! Woop woop,' the model trilled. Talk about virtual insanity!

11 September 2013: Cara Parties With Rihanna & River Island

Cara and Rihanna's friendship got even cooler when the pair spent a raucous night of fun at the launch of Rihanna's latest collection for River Island in September. The Oxford Street flagship store was transformed into 'Club RiRi' where her fans partied among the rails and even the bouncers on the door were wearing G4Life beanies.

17 September 2013: Cara Kisses Sienna

The model's Instagram account was on FIRE during London Fashion Week in September. She took a 'kissing selfie' of her having a backstage smooch with Sienna Miller (again) at Burberry, saying 'Look who I found!' Then Kate Moss made a cameo as Cara posted a picture of the models having a post-show cuddle at Topshop Unique. N'awww.

11 October 2013: Cara Lands A Major Film Role

Cara bagged her biggest role to date in a new film about Amanda Knox. The Face of an Angel is based on the 2009 murder trial of Amanda and her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, who were found guilty of killing British student Meredith Kercher. Cara isn't playing Amanda, however, but was spotted on set alongside the likes of Kate Beckinsale in the film directed by Michael Winterbottom.

21 December 2013: Cara Makes Our Best Dressed List

Tracksuits, balaclavas, slogan tees and sneakers have all played their regular part in Cara's street wear-laden wardrobe, but thanks to the likes of the British Fashion Awards and Cannes we discovered another side to our favourite face. Yes, she may still instagram a shot of her in a onesie, eating a burger and twerking, but London’s model pocket rocket found her footing on the red carpet, cementing a golden age Cara of gloss, sass and every now and then, a visible lack of gurning.

26 December 2013: Cara's Alternative Christmas Speech

Last Christmas, Queen Delevingne delivered her own festive message to the people of Britain, but it was a little less, err, traditional than the Queen's annual message. A crown? Nah, this queen wears a turkey crown on her head.

02 January 2014: Cara's Wild New Year Eve's Shindig With Rihanna

Who won at New Year's Eve this year? Rihanna and Cara, that's who. The BFFs partied the night away together after enjoying the festive season in Barbados, starting off with a dinner at Rihanna's new penthouse in New York. As the hostess with the mostesss, Ri-Ri even got stuck in with the food - as well as beauty - preparations on the night. Then, after a suitably merry pre-party, the group headed off to Jay-Z's 40/40 club. Sounds JUST like our NYE...

16 February 2014: Cara Showcases Her New Collection For Mulberry

It was during a top secret event at London Fashion Week that Cara revealed a collection of accessories for the British heritage label. Naturally, she showcased the designs herself in what felt like a piece of performance art, fitting considering her transition into acting. She flitted around barefoot on the woodland set alongside a pack of Mulberry dogs throughout the presentation, which was very magical, very ethereal, and a little bit bonkers. We wouldn't expect anything less!

18 February 2014: Cara's Hollywood Love-in 

Remember when Michelle Rodriguez confirmed that she and Cara Delevingne were an item? Well, pretty much. Speaking to a British newspaper, the actress said, ‘It’s going really well. She’s so cool. When we started hanging out I just thought she was awesome, and we have the best time together.’ Cara and Michelle became pretty much inseperable, attending Couture Fashion Week together and enjoying dreamy holidays, before Michelle turned to the muscly arms of Zac Efron and Cara hit up St Tropez with new pal Selena Gomez (more of which later...).

18 February 2014: Cara Takes Us Backstage At Burberry

It's the most exciting moment on the London Fashion Week schedule and Grazia Daily had an access-all-areas pass to the Burberry extravaganza. As for the lady who opened - and closed - the show, Cara told us how exciting it was to stomp the catwalk while being serenaded by Paloma Faith. 'I love it, it's great. Paloma is absolutely amazing. When I was walking at the end I was like, "Babe!" She's breaking my heart.'

12 March 2014: Cara's Mossy Moment

It's the ultimate Brit fashion snap: Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne shooting a Burberry fragrance campaign. Yeep! Cara revealed the news on her Instagram account, saying, 'So excited to be doing a new fragrance for @burberry with the beautiful Miss Moss,' she posted. 'Shot by @mariotestino watch this space... #katemoss.'

10 April 2014: Cara's Swift Friendship

Taylor and Swift cemented their burgeoning friendship by doing a little retail therapy (what else?) in New York. The eyebrow queen is just the latest addition to Taylor's model crew which includes numerous Victoria's Secret catwalkers from Karlie Kloss to Lily Aldridge after she performed at the sparkly show. Cara was then spotted singing a tune with Swifty and Ed Sheeran and striking many a goofy pose.

16 May 2014: Cara Turns Bridesmaid

Poppy Delevingne married James Cook at St Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge in May (before that raucous Marrakesh rave) and of course chose her little sister to accompany down the aisle as bridesmaid. She wore an ivory Chanel tiered creation, with monochrome Chanel heels, and was accompanied to the ceremony by her beloved bunny, Cecil.

09 June 2014: Cara Works Her Acting Chops

It's no secret that Cara is eager to work on her acting career and in June, we got a first look at her debut film role in Sky Arts drama, Timeless. Her co-star Sylvia Sims compared her to Audrey Hepburn, no less: "She is real and an absolute joy to work with. I was told I was going to work with a model and I had never heard of her but I literally fell in love with her on the first day. The other girl I loved was Audrey Hepburn."

09 June 2014: Cara Is Back To Her Burberry Best

Cara Delevingne and Suki Waterhouse are forever entertaining us with snaps of their larks on Instagram so we were delighted to see the pair taking their friendship from real life to their first joint campaign for Burberry. All hail the matching mega brows!

25 June 2014: Cara Falls Asleep During US Vogue Interview

There was a small problem with Cara's latest interview for US Vogue: she fell asleep. Writer Plum Sykes wrote, "Dear reader, to misquote Oscar Wilde, can I say that to oversleep once for a Vogue interview may be regarded as a misfortune, but to oversleep twice looks like carelessness?" Yes, not only did Cara almost miss her interview because she was snoozing, but she dozed off during a mid-interview massage too. Sykes points out that perhaps she was so sleepy because she was reportedly out until 5am the night before with Lily Allen... Whoops.

01 July 2014: Cara Goes On A Highlands Adventure

Cara returned to her Mulberry duties for Autumn Winter 2014, working knits and knee high socks in the latest campaign. And the images couldn't be more Mulberry. Tim Walker as photographer? Tick! Bayswaters and brogues? Yes sir. Animals? You betcha!

15 July 2014: Cara Turns Designer For DKNY

Just when you thought Cara's quest for world domination couldn't get any bigger, she only went and designed her own collection for DKNY. The 15-piece unisex line features tank tops, leather bombers and a sweat suit which she describes as 'My dream pantsuit, because you can boy it up, split it up or suit it up'. As if that wasn't exciting enough, she began a month-long model search and in July, revealed six beautiful people selected to front the campaign for her DKNY collection.

22 July 2014: Cara Celebrates Selena Gomez's birthday

What better way to celebrate your big day than with Cara on a yacht in St Tropez? That's exactly what Selena Gomez did for her 22nd shindig earlier this year, arriving via helicoptor and sharing Instagram snaps of every moment. Jeals.com!

25 July 2014: Cara Bags Her First Chanel Campaign

Of course, CD has long been a part of Karl's Krew - appearing on the French fashion house's catwalk many a time - but she got the ultimate seal of approval as the face of the Autumn Winter 2014 campaign. The making-of footage shows the Brit star larking about with model pal Binx in an 'urban sporty ambiance'. They make the coolest Chanel ladies EVER.

28 July 2014: Cara Is Topshop's First Ever Solo Face

It came as no surprise when Topshop unveiled that its first ever solo face: Cara D! The campaign images scream London cool with the model wearing leather look jeans, hooded parkas and ankle boots as she lounges around a townhouse avec guitar.

01 August 2014: Cara Gets A Matching BFF Tattoo

The latest episode of Well Dunn With Jourdan sees the model mates stepping outside the kitchen and into the tattoo parlour. They document the wince-inducing process of getting matching 'Double D' inkings, complete with Disney songs.

06 August 2014: Cara Gets Into Mermaid Mode

The model-turned-actress bagged herself a role as a mermaid in the movie, Pan, and got to work on set with a whole lot of CGI. In the words of CD, this is gonna be seriously MERMAZING!'

10 August 2014: We Party With Cara At Wilderness

Wilderness Festival has become the go-to for fashion folk with a hankering for a Midsummer's Night Dream-esque commune with the forest. So it made the perfect fit for Cara Delevingne - a well known fluffy animal lover - to host a picnic to celebrate her collection with British luxury brand Mulberry.
