It's not often that a complete unknown covers a major fashion magazine, but Emma Ferrer is apparently the exception. Emma Ferrer, Audrey Hepburn's granddaughter, is on the subscriber cover of Harper's Bazaar's September issue (Lady Gaga graces the main newsstand cover). And given Hepburn and Bazaar's history with Richard Avedon, who better to photograph Ferrer than Avedon's grandson, Michael? In the spread, the 20-year-old art student definitely bears a resemblance to her famous forebear, modeling Audrey-esque looks from Lanvin and Ralph Lauren. But, she told Women's Wear Daily, she maintains a one-foot-in, one-foot-out approach to the industry. "I’m interested in being involved in the fashion world,” she says. “But not completely.”
