Last night Taylor Swift and Katie Holmes hit the red carpet at the New York premiere of The Giver. Katie wore a pastel pink Zac Posen dress with a fitted bodice, pleated chiffon skirt and floaty cape back. Taylor matched her co-star AND the red carpet in a Monique Lhuillier gown with a red bodice top and a full pastel pink skirt.

Over in Los Angeles it was the premiere of The Expendables 3 where Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington Whiteley PDA-ed down the red carpet. Rosie wore a black and white printed Emilio Pucci gown with a black sheer lace insert on the skirt, spaghetti straps and a swooping back.

This weekend was the Teen Choice Awards, where the red carpet was a sea of crop tops. Taylor Swift wore a green co-ord, Chloe Moretz opted for a teeny black bandeau under her Valentino short suit and Kim Kardashian wore a cropped leather Balmain sleeved top.
Beyond the red carpet we saw many perfect off-duty looks this weekend. We've told you that Kate Mara is a Kate to watch, and this weekend she rocked a pair of cropped n' ripped boyfriends. She paired her jeans with a check top with a cute peter pan collar and chunky black open-toe heels.

At the Teen Choice Awards Selena Gomez had a style shift, ditching her usual Strictly Come Dancing sequins for a sleek Saint Laurent black tuxedo. Before the awards she was spotted in a white spaghetti strap sundress covered in a cute boho print.
